College library plays a significant role in the present day Educational system. Today education is no longer a system of cramming and filling student minds with information but rather it is a process of self-discovery encouraging them to learn on their own. A good library encourages students to seek knowledge and in still the young minds, the habit of reading. We at M.D.K.V. College have an excellent and well set up library. It consists of a large hall filled with shelves, bookstands and furniture. The hall is airy and spacious more then-hundred students can use it at the same time. There are over 12000 books in our library. There are books on every subject including History, Geography, Science, Civics, Commerce, English language and Literature books. We also provide career related updates to our senior students. Thus our library is an asset. It widens students mind improves their knowledge clear their doubts and in stills in them the habits of reading.
